Job summary

Royal Selangor is seeking a Corporate Sales Account Manager to nurture existing clients and grow the corporate portfolio. You will present customized solutions and guide clients on product options, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders.

Engagement with SMEs and large corporations, direct meetings, and upselling/cross-selling will be core. Strong service, presentation, negotiation, and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with premium corporate clients.
• Experience in offering bespoke/customized solutions is a big advantage.
• Hospitality industry (hotels) corporate sales experience may be considered.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, including SMEs and large companies, to ensure continued business.
• Identify opportunities and proactively seek new clients by organizing direct meetings to showcase Royal Selangor's personalized products/services.
• Guide and advise clients on personalized products, considering their expectations and budget constraints; upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and leverage relationships to increase client value and expand the network of corporate decision-makers.
• Other projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
