Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop market insights and support strategic planning. The role emphasizes expanding corporate sales across Hotels, SOHO, Apartments, Government, Developers, and Enterprise sectors, while handling tenders and coordinating site activities.

Responsibilities include reporting, relationship management, and collaboration with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect and compile industry information, analyse market data, and generate insights to support management in market strategy planning.
• Expand corporate sales across Hotels, SOHO, Apartments, Government, Developers, and Enterprise sectors.
• Achieve department objectives, annual sales targets, and new customer development goals.
• Handle tender submissions, tender interviews, tender negotiations, and related processes.
• Attend site meetings, site visits, and coordinate site arrangements.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor product delivery and installation.
• Conduct sales training for the project sales team.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure schedules remain on track.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior when required.
