Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year of working experience in investment analysis, corporate finance and corporate planning within the financial services industry.
• Audit background will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English with excellent report writing skills.
• Mature, proactive, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to complete assignments independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation, execution, and completion of business strategies to maximize shareholders' value and create value for stakeholders.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare requests and presentations for CEO/Deputy CEO and other senior management, as well as external parties (investor relations, potential investors and advisers).
• Provide support as an internal consultant, contributing information and recommendations to enhance strategic direction and decision-making through regular presentations of findings and analysis.
• Implement internal branding initiatives to ensure consistent communication of the organization's brand values.
• Contribute to and support ad hoc and Special Projects as required.
