Job summary

Helios Photovoltaic Sdn Bhd is seeking an Investors Relation Executive (Capital Markets) to support senior management with corporate strategy, investor communications and financial analysis.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential; you must write clear reports and confidently present financial findings in English.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; strong knowledge of the share market and analytical skills are valued for strategic investment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of the share market.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience analysing financial statements and performing company valuations.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, companies and business opportunities.
• Analyse financial statements, business performance and valuation information.
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior management, investors and advisers.
• Support corporate planning, strategy execution and investment-related projects.
• Develop insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Assist with investor communications and internal branding initiatives.
• Support ad hoc and special projects while maintaining confidentiality.
