Accenture PLC seeks an experienced Contracting lawyer to draft, negotiate, and close complex agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will collaborate with senior lawyers, manage risk, and advise executives on legal issues across digital and outsourcing transactions.

Requirements include a law degree (LLB/JD), 4+ years of transactional experience, and strong English and Bahasa Melayu. Bahasa Indonesia or Thai are a bonus. Malaysia-based, on-site position.

Formación

• LLB or JD (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating IP and data privacy issues.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, negotiate and close client transactions to maximize legal and business value.
• Strategize with senior Contracting lawyers before client negotiations.
• Stay informed on developments affecting the company and industries and apply them to transactions.
• Educate and advise company executives on legal and risk issues.
• Develop subject matter expertise in one or more contracting areas.
• Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital on legal and business issues.
• Support, promote and implement Accenture Legal initiatives.
• Evolve as a pathfinder and technology-enabled contracting lawyer.
