Job summary

You will source materials, negotiate terms, prepare orders, and track deliveries to ensure on-time project milestones. A laptop and proficiency in MS Office/Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with procurement processes and have sourcing channels.
• Able to communicate with China management team.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Own a laptop and be familiar with MS Office / Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement activities according to project and business requirements.
• Search and source suitable materials, products, and suppliers based on project needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, and logistics to ensure timely site arrivals.
• Maintain supplier records and update vendor information.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery and resolve issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policy and management requirements.
• Work closely with China headquarters and follow company procedures.
