Job summary

Qualifications

2-4 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, local governments and relevant authorities.
Strong knowledge of construction project execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tender projects and construction contracts.
