Job summary

Kim Teck Cheong Group Of Companies is seeking a Commercial Development - Executive (Miri) to drive sales, manage accounts, and coordinate between customers and internal teams. You will execute daily processes, visit customers on planned routes, and ensure timely order processing and invoicing.

The role requires a diploma or higher, with FMCG or account management experience as an advantage, strong communication and organization, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, FMCG, or account management is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and system/data entry).
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily business processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company.
• Manage credit account applications, ensuring complete documentation and timely submission.
• Service and visit assigned customers based on route plans and sales itineraries.
• Handle sales order taking and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain knowledge of products (SKUs) and apply selling techniques.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and promotions.
• Use internal systems for order entry, invoicing, and data management.
• Submit customer purchase orders to Logistics within timelines.
• Manage special customer accounts and ensure proper invoicing.
• Handle consignment orders, invoicing, and sampling requests.
• Process market returns and coordinate with Logistics.
• Manage payment collections, issue receipts, and record entries.
• Distribute statements of accounts and credit notes.
• Process credit and debit notes with approvals and Treasury submissions.
• Track gondola rental agreements and secure approvals.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
