Job summary

Kim Teck Cheong Group Of Companies is seeking an Operations Manager for our Sibu, Miri and Kuching branches. The role plans budgets and company targets and improves overall supply chain speed and cost, directly engaging with section managers.

You will manage warehouse operations, set KPIs and productivity targets, control operation costs and budget, perform workforce planning, and drive SOP, WMS and warehouse process improvements while coordinating with sales, supply chain, transport and 3PL.

Qualifications

• Budget planning and target setting experience preferred.
• Experience in improving supply chain speed and cost.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple managers and departments.
