Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support strategic growth in Malaysia. The CFO will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Board on financial strategy, funding, investments and corporate exercises.

The role requires 20+ years in accounting, finance or corporate finance, with hands-on experience in corporate exercises and public-listed company exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong financial leadership experience at senior level.
• Proven treasury management and corporate finance expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Bursa Malaysia requirements.
• Ability to engage with the Board and senior management on financial strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group's finance, accounting, treasury, taxation and FP&A functions.
• Advise MD and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation and opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews across the Group.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, quarterly results and annual report disclosures.
• Lead corporate exercises including fundraising, M&A, disposals and restructuring.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, borrowings and treasury investments.
• Develop and coach the finance team.
