Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to drive a complex credit card portfolio migration across payment schemes. You will lead migration workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and deliver high‑quality analyses to support key program decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in consulting, project management, payments, cards, or banking transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cards/payments migration initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with scheme migration or core card platform transformations.
• PM, Prince2, Agile or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead selected migration workstreams under the program lead.
• Translate objectives into detailed workstream plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution, track actions, risks and issues.
• Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Support migration readiness, cutover planning and post-migration stabilization.
• Develop migration strategies including portfolio segmentation and sequencing.
• Lead product mapping across card products, features and rewards.
• Assess impacts and minimize disruption to customers and operations.
• Prepare senior management materials and executive presentations.
