Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to requirement gathering, solution discussion, and design for Credit Card systems under Agile SDF processes. You will develop, test, and document changes, with responsibility for project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key duties include leading system development, coordinating with Chapter Leads and Engineering Leads, and ensuring scalability while minimizing technical debt in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AS400-based systems and modernization efforts.
• Experience with credit card issuing domain and ISO8583/ payment standards.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDF, and risk mitigation within regulated banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit card system development to deliver business outcomes.
• Clarify requirements and validate solution designs with stakeholders.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability and timely delivery within regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with global Credit Card product teams and WRB Credit Card teams.
