Job summary

PwC Malaysia's Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial and strategy advisory for infrastructure projects across aviation, transport, energy, and real estate. You will manage client relationships, develop business opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams through complex engagements.

Responsibilities include coaching, stakeholder management, and ensuring risk controls while contributing to BD efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (written and oral).
• Ability to navigate complex discussions and mediate conflicts.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder interests.
• Good tertiary and/or professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Directors and above.
• Train, support and lead team members.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's business and technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Develop internal relationships across the local firm and the global network.
• Keep up to date on new ways of working (e.g. adoption of new digital tools) and identify potential ways to incorporate into day-to-day work.
• Manage a range of stakeholders (e.g. client, subconsultants, regulatory bodies, Federal / State government ministries and agencies).
• Ensure the deliverables adheres to the firms' policies and risk management requirements.
• To contribute to team's BD effort focusing on your industry specialisation.
