Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Capacity Planning Analyst to align assembly and test capacity with regional demand projections. You will coordinate capital planning and capacity allocations across regional facilities to support manufacturing throughput.

You will lead monthly forecast cycles, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to optimize loading priorities and equipment roadmaps. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in capacity planning or related role in manufacturing.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and capacity models.
• Experience with planning applications, statistics and spreadsheets.
• Proven cross-functional project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital planning and capacity allocations across regional facilities.
• Lead monthly capacity forecast cycles to remove bottlenecks.
• Develop action plans for testing capacity conversions and cycle-time reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to set loading priorities.
