Job summary

Riken Keiki (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a high-calibre leader to develop and run its service and calibration business in Malaysia. You will consolidate Petaling Jaya, Penang and Pengerang operations into a cohesive unit, driving recurring revenue from an under-served base while reporting directly to the General Manager.

You will own technical standards, calibration lab quality systems, and end-to-end customer escalations, delivering rapid, data-driven decisions in a lean, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Will lead an established service and calibration organisation across multiple sites (Petaling Jaya, Penang and Pengerang).
• Set technical standards for installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance and fault diagnosis and ensure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own ISO/IEC 17025 calibration laboratory quality system, audits and continual improvement.
• Manage manpower across four-week rolling horizon; optimise field utilisation and prevent over-dependence on individuals.
• Own customer technical escalations through to closure with root-cause analysis.
• Report on response time, on-time completion, calibration turnaround and first-time-fix rate.
