Job summary

Kastar Chemical Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive the promotion, market development and customer retention of chemical additives. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and ensuring timely collections.

You will coordinate with purchasing, technical and production teams, match production demands, provide pre-sales and after-sales support, and build a long-term strategic customer network while monitoring market trends to inform pricing and product

Responsibilities

• Take charge of sales promotion, market development and customer retention of various chemical additives, and fulfill sales revenue, payment collection and new customer development targets assigned by the company.
• Independently communicate with purchasing, technical and production teams of cooperative clients, accurately match their production demands, and provide full pre-sales and after-sales services including product selection, technical consultation and solution coordination.
• Efficiently resolve all problems arising from customers’ product application to sustain stable cooperation.
• Research the national market trends, competitor updates and supply-demand changes of the chemical additive industry. Collect industry information, customer demands and feedback, and deliver regular market analysis reports to support the company’s product layout, pricing strategy and product optimization.
• Fully manage the full business cycle of all clients, including business negotiation, quotation & contract signing, order tracking, statement reconciliation & payment collection, and customer relationship management, to build a long-term and stable strategic customer network.
