AI Rudder is seeking a proactive Freelancer Talent Acquisition Specialist – APAC to support hiring across key business and tech functions, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help attract top talent in a fast-growing AI company.

In this part-time role, you will work three days a week with one day in the office, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, support employer branding, and report hiring progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, ideally tech/SaaS/AI.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Source through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Track progress and report hiring data; share market insights.
