Job summary

Emerson is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support APAC project delivery. You will coordinate execution, manage schedules, track actions, and maintain records to ensure timely progress and visibility of risks and next steps.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, assist with drafting and coordinating Statements of Work, and help resolve bottlenecks while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–5 years experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Japanese/Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution activities to support smooth delivery of assigned projects and APAC workstreams.
• Take ownership of project coordination, including setup, tracking, updates, and admin support.
• Support APAC hardware shipments by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring follow-through.
• Manage lower-complexity projects with timeline tracking and deliverables monitoring.
• Support PM activities with status tracking, action follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Maintain schedules, action logs, trackers, and records for progress, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Draft, review, and coordinate SOWs to align scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution.
• Assist with ongoing operational and admin tasks to keep regional delivery running smoothly.
