Job summary

Emerson Automation Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support APAC project execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project setup, tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of assigned projects.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years in project coordination or operations support, with strong organizational and communication skills, multilingual abilities in Mandarin and English, and proficiency in MS Excel/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–3 years of project coordination or operations support experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution across APAC, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of project setup, tracking, updates, and admin support.
• Support APAC hardware shipment coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, action logs, trackers, and related records for visibility.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating SOWs for engagements.
