Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced leader to drive AI-enabled automation across our regional operations in Malaysia. You will shape the strategy, governance and delivery of automation initiatives to boost productivity and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with business units, coach teams, and ensure responsible AI practices while scaling reusable templates and adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related.
• 8–10 years of digital transformation, automation or related delivery experience.
• Experience leading automation initiatives across functions or countries.
• Strong governance, documentation and change control.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and automation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Translate requirements into automation, analytics and AI designs.
• Manage full delivery lifecycle of automation initiatives.
• Establish responsible AI governance and data privacy.
• Build internal capability and champion network across functions.
• Evaluate external vendors and partnerships as needed.
