Job summary

Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Autodesk AEC growth in Malaysia. You will interface with Tec D/Datech and Autodesk sales teams, channel partners, and end-user customers to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, design technology, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in handling product and/or solutions sales.
Experience in B2C or channel-driven sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop business plans for Autodesk AEC portfolio and services.
Collaborate with Marketing to design demand-generation campaigns.
Design sales enablement initiatives for internal teams and partners.
Identify high-potential end customers and untapped Malaysian market segments.
Co-sell with channel partners and deliver professional presentations.
Coordinate Autodesk pricing, discounts, and special price clearances.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews with partners to advance opportunities.
Address training gaps by coordinating with Tec D solution consultants or Autodesk.
Maintain proactive executive relationships with Autodesk stakeholders.
