Job summary

Opulent Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to act as the main liaison for customers on feedback, quotations and order management. You will receive customer POs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver orders on time, ensuring customer requirements are met.

You will assist the Reporting Manager with RFQs, aim to win quotes, and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, quotation win rate and revenue growth for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with strong business focus and coursework relevant to account management.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills are essential.
• Professional presentation abilities for client meetings and proposals.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main window toward customers for feedback, quotation and order management.
• Accept customer PO and process it on time; coordinate with internal teams to deliver orders as per requirements.
• Assist Reporting Manager to process RFQs with the objective to Quote to Win.
• Work proactively to achieve KPIs including on-time delivery, quotation win rate, customer liability management, and revenue growth.
• Generate and publish reports on time.
• Collaborate with team members and other functions to fulfill customer requirements.
• Prepare sales kits or presentation slides when required.
