Job summary

Kejuruteraan Letrik Yun Loong (Selangor) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a storekeeper to manage daily stock, receive and issue goods, and maintain accurate records.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, perform monthly stock counts (notably copper wires and bearings), and ensure proper storage and cleanliness of the store. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Able to read, calculate, measure, and write.
• Basic computer skills
• Able to take instruction and work as a team.
• Possess at least SPM.
• Experience in store management will be an added advantage.

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase documents.
• Manage daily stock in and stock out transactions accurately.
• Manage and maintain tools checklist for site team.
• Responsible to check material release to related department.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery drivers and internal departments when necessary.
• Issue PO for goods and handle repairing damaged tool/ equipment.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue materials as per request and maintain proper records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
• Perform monthly stock counts and inventory checks, especially for copper wires and bearings.
• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of items in the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
