Ageson Kensetsu Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable storekeeper for a site-based role in Setia Alam, Malaysia.

You will receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against DOs and purchase documents, maintain stock records, and issue items to site staff and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with site engineers and procurement, preparing inventory reports, and supporting audits.

Formación

• Min SPM/Certificate, preferably in logistics, warehouse or construction fields.
• 1–3 years' experience as storekeeper, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stock records and monitor stock levels to report shortages.
• Issue materials to site staff, subcontractors and supervisors per requisitions.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure store area is safe, organized and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and procurement on material requirements.

This role is site-based and will involve working closely with site teams in a construction environment

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against delivery Orders (DO) and purchase documents

Ensure collect storage of materials, tools and equipment according to safety and quality standards

Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system based)

Monitor stock levels and report low stock or shortages to the site management.

Issue materials to site staffs, subcontractors and supervisors based on approved requisitions.

Ensure proper documentation for all issued and return items.

Track materials usage to prevent wastage, loss and misuse.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisor and procurement regarding material requirements.

Assist in planning material deliveries to avoid site congestion or delays

Support site operations by ensuring materials are readily available when required

Prepare daily, weekly or monthly inventory reports

Support audits and stock take as required

Ensure store area is clean, organized and compliant with safety regulations

Identify and report damaged, expired or obsolete materials

Ensure proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials

Requirements

Min SPM/Certificate/SPM (preferred in logistic, warehouse or construction related fields

1-3 years' experience as storekeeper, preferably in construction or engineering environment.

Basic knowledge of constructions materials and tools

Basic computer skills (Excell/ inventory systems)
