Job description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to support our warehouse and spare parts operations. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records while ensuring the warehouse remains safe, orderly, and compliant with 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.

Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.

Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Receiving & Dispatch

Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.

Ensure received items meet required quantity and quality standards.

Store items in designated locations and maintain proper documentation.

Storage & Organization

Organize, label, and arrange inventory for easy identification and retrieval.

Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized store environment in accordance with 5S standards.

Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.

Prepare inventory and stock usage reports as required.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements when handling and storing materials.

Ensure high-risk and sensitive spare parts are stored securely and safely.

Requirements

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Able to operate a forklift and stacker. Relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping practices is preferred.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to follow instructions and work schedules effectively.

Possess own transportation and be able to commute to Pasir Gudang, Johor and other assigned locations.
