Job summary

ELSA in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Storekeeper on a 4 months contract to manage receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials and inventory. The role includes stock verification, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience and SPM qualification. The candidate will support warehouse daily activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Ability to perform stock counts and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouseman on daily activities such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment.
• To conduct stock count and physical verification of material & equipment.
• Ensure materials are stored in dedicated storage area with proper labelling/markings.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and storage yards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Executive, Warehouse/ Warehouseman.
• To ensure material receiving & inspection process is going smoothly without jeopardizing project requirement.
• Ensure strict compliance of Company's policies, procedures and practices.
• To maintain accuracy in inventory documents.
