Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Storekeeper to receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against DO/PO, and to ensure proper storage and labeling at the store. You will issue materials to projects, maintain stock records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular stock takes to keep inventory accurate.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years storekeeping experience (SPM/Diploma), is computer literate, well-organized and physically fit.

Qualifications

SPM/Diploma or 1–3 years storekeeping experience.
Basic HVAC/ACMV knowledge and computer literacy.
Well-organized, physically fit and responsible.

Responsibilities

To receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts against DO/PO
To ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials in the store
To issue materials to project sites or departments based on approved requisition
To maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, and inventory system
To monitor stock levels and report low stock or shortages to Purchasing Department
To conduct periodic stock take and ensure inventory accuracy
To ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration
To assist in loading and unloading of goods
To maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
To maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
To record and report any damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials
