Job summary

PRISM+ is a Singapore-based electronics brand with a presence in Malaysia. This role owns the aesthetic layout of PRISM+ retail stores and trade shows, executing VM standards and supporting launches to make products look irresistible.

You will work closely with Retail Ops, Store Managers, and Marketing/Design to bring omni-channel campaigns into the physical store experience, document VM standards, and propose improvements to boost conversion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in visual merchandising or retail merchandising.
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and cleanliness.
• Able to work hands-on with physical setup and direct movers.
• Experience with floor plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain merchandising layouts across categories.
• Ensure displays are brand-aligned with updated materials.
• Support campaign rollouts, feature tables, and signage.
• Translate online priorities into in-store storytelling.
• Document VM standards and coach store teams.
• Conduct store walks and produce VM scorecards.
