Job summary

PRISM+ Malaysia is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate to be the heart of our IOI Mall Puchong store, driving sales and delivering WOW experiences to retail customers. The role reports to the Retail Store Manager and aims to meet customer needs with engaging product demonstrations and service.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Hospitality, Retail or a related field, have at least 1 year of retail experience, and be comfortable working 6 days a week, while learning consumer

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality, Retail or related field.
Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Willingness to learn consumer electronics specs.
Strong communication and people skills.
Able to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

Listen to customer needs and help find the best product.
Expand product knowledge and communicate it engagingly to customers.
Follow up with customers and guide product selection.
Set up product displays and promotional booths.
Demonstrate products to customers and stakeholders.
Build positive customer relationships.
Provide feedback for improvements to store and management.
Meet daily targets and submit sales and EOD reports.
Manage inventories at the retail store.
