Job summary

Stryv is seeking a customer-centric Store Supervisor / Sales Associate for Mid Valley Megamall KL to support daily store operations and drive sales. The successful candidate will work with the store manager to engage customers, demonstrate products, and close sales while upholding service standards.

Applicants with retail experience or fresh graduates are welcome; fluency in English and another local language is preferred, with weekend and night shifts part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SPM and above.
• Proven successful experience in retail sales.

Store Supervisor / Sales Associate- Mid Valley Megamall KL

Stryv is looking for a customer-centric store supervisor/ sales assistant to support the store operations and sales in Mid Valley Megamall KL. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements and skills

Minimum education SPM and above

Proven successful experience in retail sales
