Job summary

Coach is seeking a Store Supervisor (Mitsui) to lead store productivity and sales initiatives in Malaysia. You will set performance plans, drive a high-energy service culture, and ensure Coach service standards are consistently met.

You will oversee merchandising, maintain store conditions, and coach staff to improve performance while collaborating with the brand director to optimize results. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry.
• Experience in working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Primary Purpose

As the Store Supervisor, you demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

You will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and provide feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed Coach service expectations.

The Accomplished Individual Will Possess

Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry

Experience in working in a fast paced retail environment

Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent client service and communication skills

Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays

Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors
