Coach is seeking standby, ad hoc back-of-house support for the store team in Malaysia, engaged on a per-day basis depending on store needs and manpower.

Role involves assisting with back-end store operations, stock management, cash wrap support, and packaging replenishment, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Ad hoc standby back-of-house support for the store team (GHPO).
• Experience in logistics, stock management, or retail operations is advantageous.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Flexible and open to ad hoc work assignments based on store manpower needs.
• Able to be on standby and accept work assignments on a per-day basis.

i. Primary Purpose

This position provides ad hoc back-of-house support to the store team (Coach GHPO).

The role will be engaged on a standby, as-needed basis, depending on store operational and manpower requirements. Work will be offered on a per-day basis, subject to availability and business needs.

ii. Key Responsibilities

Assist with back-end store operations and stock management

Support cash wrap and housekeeping standards

Replenish packaging materials as required

Assist with customer enquiries when needed

Provide general operational support during peak periods or manpower shortages

Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Customer-oriented with a good service mindset

Able to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required

Prior experience in logistics, stock management, retail operations, or back-of-house support would be an advantage
