Akemi (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Store Operations Coordinator to ensure daily cash banking and smooth store operations, with careful control of store expenses. You will align with the POS inventory reports and monthly closings.

You will conduct monthly stock takes, ensure accurate stock transfers, tidy VM and merchandising per guidelines, and coach the sales team to achieve company goals while enforcing SOPs and procedures.

• Daily cash banking and store operation control to manage expenses.
• Conduct monthly stock take for all FOS stores per schedule.
• Ensure stock delivery accuracy vs POS inventory report.
• Complete stock transfer transactions by monthly stock closing.
• Maintain tidy VM and stock merchandising per guidelines.
• Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs and procedures in FOS stores.

1 Ensure the daily cash banking, and store operation smoothly control on store expenses.

2 conduct stock take for all FOS stores monthly with follow the planning schedule.

3 Ensure all stock delivery accurate vs the POS inventory report

4 Ensure the stock transfer transaction in the POS completed by monthly stock closing

5 Ensure all VM and stock merchandising is tidy and follow the guideline

6 Motivate and coaching the sales team in order to achieved company goal.

7 make sure all staffs are follow the SOP and procedure to operate the FOS stores.
