Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a capable retail supervisor to manage inventory and ensure high-quality customer service at the store level. You will handle goods reception, recording, arrangement, inspection, and returns, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

You should have leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, and ownership of transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store premises.
