Qualifications

• Duty manager responsibilities include daily cash handling, store operations, adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily cash banking, and store operation smoothly control on store expenses.
• Conduct monthly stock takes for all FOS stores according to the planning schedule.
• Ensure all stock deliveries are accurate vs the POS inventory report.
• Ensure the stock transfer transactions in the POS are completed by monthly stock closing.
• Ensure all VM and stock merchandising is tidy and follow the guideline.
• Motivate and coach the sales team in order to achieve company goals.
• Make sure all staff follow the SOP and procedures to operate the FOS stores.
