About the role

As the Store Supervisor at Doretti Resources Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution facility in Tangkak, Johor. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory, stock levels, and warehouse activities.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate inventory management
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring proper handling and record-keeping
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient warehouse management practices
• Provide training and support to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse/store operations with the overall business objectives

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
