Job summary

Smartdeer Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a practical and service-oriented Store Staff to join our retail team. You will assist customers, process sales, manage stock, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

This role requires good communication in Malay and English, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle inventory tasks, returns, and daily store upkeep. Prior retail or toy/FMCG experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or above.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in toy, new retail, fast-moving consumer goods or related industries is preferred
• Fluent in Malay and English

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, understand customer needs and complete sales
• Maintain sales records, conduct inventory counts and reconcile accounts
• Receive incoming merchandise, arrange and display products, restock shelves, process returns and handle after-sales service
