Job summary

Xcorefitness is expanding and seeking a strong leader to manage showroom operations and drive sales growth within our fitness equipment business.

You will lead the showroom sales team, monitor performance, train staff, and ensure a professional display while coordinating with the warehouse to keep stock flowing and targets met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in retail/sales management.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Able to handle pressure & targets.
• Experience in fitness equipment or big-ticket sales is a plus.
• Career growth into Area Manager.

Responsibilities
