Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a renowned Taiwan fitness brand launching its first Malaysia store at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. We are seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will analyze sales, recruit and train staff, implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth store operations. Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong leadership and communication skills; gym and fitness enthusiasm is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for gym and fitness is a plus.

We are representing our clienta renowned fitness brand from Taiwan, is excited to launch its first retail store in Malaysia at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead their team.

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure attractive product displays.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion and interest with gym &fitness is a plus

Working Hours:

• 40-48 hours per week, with shifts rotating to cover all operating hours from 10 am to 10 pm
