Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a premium footwear store in Penang, Malaysia. You will drive sales performance, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure high-standard store presentation.

You will lead a retail team, manage stock and operations, and monitor KPIs to optimize store results while delivering a first-class shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a retail store or outlet.
• Proven experience leading and managing a retail team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales targets, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, footwear and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staff scheduling, stock management, and store upkeep.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store results.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment to support smooth store operations.
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports for management.
