Job summary

Valentino Singapore Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to strengthen the brand’s presence in Malaysia. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure superb client service while upholding the brand's standards.

The role focuses on clienteling, recruitment, retention and coaching the team to achieve local KPIs, with emphasis on budget targets and cross selling opportunities within the bags category.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in clienteling, recruitment, retention and upgrading for local domestic clients.
• Strong communication and motivational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador to raise brand visibility and reputation.
• Drive budget and targets; deliver strategic performance KPIs.
• Set agenda and deliver winning goals; implement business strategy for KPIs.
• Design and implement strategies for conversion rate, cross selling, and bags business development.

Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:

Be a Brand Ambassador in the market to develop the visibility and the reputation of the brand.

Ensure budget and targets achievement. Drive strategic performance KPIs.

Foster a <> mindset and act as a role model.

Foster creativity and colleague centric mindset within the team.

Sets the agenda and deliver winning goals to:

Implement clienteling and ensure clients engagement, recruitment, retention and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients.

Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross selling, bags business development.

Ensure regular and effective cascading of company contents through morning briefings, products and CRM trainings, engaging animation of the store board.

Impeccable management of the client data base including client assignment and reassignment.

Built the best team through talents recruitment and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans.

Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedbacks, foster their motivation.

Ensure correct operations and compliance in all administrative procedures including AFS.

Ability to communicate with HQ and his team sharing constructive feedback and clear strategies.

Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years Retail Management Experience
