Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. in Setia City Mall is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations and help customers find products.

You will open displays, restock, assist customers with product information, and learn key selling points to communicate benefits and drive sales. Fresh graduates are welcome; Friday and weekend shifts including public holidays are required; fashion retail experience is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

1. Perform store opening cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping windows and surfaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
2. Arrange and maintain product displays by ensuring all items are placed in the correct product sections and presented neatly.
3. Restock display products when items are sold to maintain a full and tidy presentation.
4. Assistant customers by providing product information, making recommendations, and delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
5. Learn and understand key selling points of all products in order to communicate benefits clearly to customers and drive sales.
6. Other task will be assigned by the management.
7. Support general store operations including basic stock checking, stock take and following instructions from the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers.
• Able to work on Friday and weekend, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday.
• Pleasant, well groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated salesperson.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
