Job description

Overseeing the daily operations of a store

Manage staff manpower, schedule, attendances, disciplines and performance reviews

Manage stock inventory, orders, replenishments, in-store sales and marketing activities

Manage store’s daily opening, closing, banking, customer engagement and services

Ensure effective communications and ensure standard operating procedures are followed

Creating business strategies

Prepare any report related with sales, outlet budgeting and product flow

Other tasks given by your superior
