Job summary

CCK Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our outlet team in Bintulu, Malaysia. You will oversee daily store operations, staff, product, merchandising, and processes to maximize profit and minimize losses while aligning with company policies.

• Execution and management of sales plans, merchandise organization, and merchandise replenishment management.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Store manager to lead our outlet team located in Bintulu, Malaysia. Candidates with attractive personality, strong leadership, good communication skill, problem-solving skill are most welcome to join our team. The outlet manager will be overseeing all aspect of the outlet’s daily operations including all personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and results for the outlet. The outlet manager will be responsible to develops, directs, and motivates the team which results in great service to all customers, maximizing profit and minimizing losses. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business in compliance with the execution of company’s policies & procedures that is results driven.

Job Descriptions

Improvement of customer service quality, customer relations, cleanliness, implementation.

Management and supervision of staff, compliance with company rules and regulations, monitoring and guidance of working conditions and attitudes, and shift management.

Appropriate ordering, creation of sales areas that do not run out of stock, loss control, and inventory control.

Execution and management of sales plans, merchandise organization, and merchandise replenishment management.

Management and control based on guidelines developed by the company.

Job Requirements

Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
