Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail/sales experience is preferred (1 year).
• Legally eligible to work in the store’s jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach floor team members, provide feedback and development guidance.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience and smooth omnichannel support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize store operations and guest service.
• Open/close the store with adherence to checklists and standards.
