The role of Store Manager involves overseeing daily store operations, leading retail staff, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining merchandising standards and stock control. A strong team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Manager in overseeing store operation and retail team members.
• Manage outlet keys and ensure outlet open/close per business hours.
• Develop sales strategy and lead retail team to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Provide product and customer service training to retail team.
• Serve customers with best customer service standard.
• Ensure housekeeping is done daily.
• Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members.
• Prepare management reports monthly.
• Handle cashier duties: payments, cash/credit and vouchers.
• Ensure daily cash transit and bank-in.
• Monitor stock movement and report low stock to Merchandising.
• Record attendance and Cap Plan, SCORE.
• Manage loss prevention, security, CCTV, inventory checks.
• Assist in inventory records and stock takes.
• Coach junior staff and provide career development.
