Job summary

Dermac Industries Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a warehouse stock controller responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and managing stock in designated areas.

You will ensure accurate records, perform regular stock counts, apply FIFO/FEFO where applicable, assist production lines with materials, and maintain cleanliness and safety in store and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Check quantities and conditions of goods against purchase orders, delivery orders, and relevant documents.
• Arrange and store stock properly in designated areas to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Issue raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory movements accordingly.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any stock shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant department when replenishment is required.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Assist in production line operations, including product filling, packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping of the store and production areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Report damaged, expired, defective, or obsolete materials and products to the supervisor.
• Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, hygiene standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
