HOONGFATT is seeking a Motorcycle Storekeeper to manage stock of motorcycles, spare parts, riding gear and accessories. You will receive deliveries, verify numbers, organize storage, and ensure accurate records.
This role requires strong inventory discipline, basic Excel skills, ability to work independently, and a valid motorcycle license preferred. The candidate should be detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of coordinating with sales and service teams.

Receive and inspect motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and merchandise upon delivery.
Verify chassis numbers, engine numbers, quantities, and product conditions against delivery documents.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Organize and store motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories systematically and safely.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability for sales and service operations.
Prepare and issue spare parts and accessories to technicians, sales staff, and customers.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Update stock records using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouses when required.
Report damaged, missing, or defective items to management immediately.
Ensure proper labeling, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
Assist in preparing motorcycles for customer delivery and handover.
Maintain proper documentation, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and inventory reports.
Follow company procedures and safety standards in handling motorcycles and inventory.
Good organizational and inventory management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
Physically fit and capable of handling stock movement.
Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in motorcycle, automotive, warehouse, or inventory management is an added advantage.
Possess a valid motorcycle or driving license (preferred).
Manage stock of motorcycles, spare parts, riding gear, accessories, and merchandise.
Verify motorcycle chassis and engine numbers during receiving and stock audits.
Coordinate with sales and service departments regarding stock availability.
Ensure motorcycles are stored securely and in good condition.
Assist with motorcycle registration and delivery preparation when required.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
Support smooth showroom and workshop operations by ensuring timely stock availability.
