Job summary

CHJ Motors in Sik, Kedah is seeking a workshop service staff to handle servicing, repairs, and parts sales for motorcycles. You will manage workshop progress, coordinate customer appointments, and assist in aftersales programs.

You will also help with stock control, invoicing, and maintaining a clean, safe workshop environment. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers for motorcycle servicing/repair issues and parts
• Manage workshop work progress for maintenance, service, and repair
• Support workshop sales activities to increase service turnover
• Assist in aftersales service programs across branches
• Conduct PDI as scheduled
• Generate and tally daily spare parts invoices and cash receipts
• Record sales invoices with vehicle numbers and service coupons
• Issue service inspection sheets for customer servicing
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop
• Schedule and arrange service appointments via online booking and calls

A. Daily Jobs

• 1. Serve walk in customers for motorcycle servicing / repairing issue and motorcycle spare part / accessories.
• 2. Manage for work progress of workshop such as motorcycle maintenance, service and repair.
• 3. Responsible for workshop sales activities to increase the number of service and turnover.
• 4. Provide support for all branches on after sales service program implemented by company.
• 5. Conduct PDI as scheduled.
• 6. Manage daily account of workshop
  • Generate sales invoice of daily spare part sales transaction
  • Ensure the daily account is tally according to inspection sheet and total payment received.
  • Responsible to bank in the workshop daily cash money into company account
• 7. Update and record sales invoice with details of vehicle number, service coupon and items sold to customer and CHJ Free Service Coupon delivery order submission to Finance Department.
• 8. Responsible to issue service inspection sheet for customers service the motorcycle in the workshop.
• 9. Responsible for cleanliness of workshop.
• 10. Manage and arrange the service appointment by online and customer service call
  • Service reminder call to all new customers to remind on service date.
  • Confirm appointment date and time with customers.
  • Responsible to record the completed service appointment.

B. Weekly Jobs

• 1. Assist storekeeper in arranging stocks neatly in workshop.
• 2. Maintain all workshop machinery and tools such as air compressor machine and bike lift in good operational condition
• 3. Responsible to ensure the spare part stocks and motorcycle accessories are display neatly on the rack provided.
• 4. Compile and send CHJ free service coupon to workshop supervisor.

C. Monthly Jobs

• 1. Responsible for workshop spare part inventory and stock level
  • Place order for insufficient stocks
  • Prepare report to workshop and spare part supervisor for stock level
• 2. Carry out stock check
