Job summary

AS Watson Group in Malaysia seeks a friendly, energetic shop associate to deliver excellent customer service, manage busy counters, maintain stock levels, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role requires Bahasa Melayu and English, minimum PMR/PT3/SKM, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Experience in health/retail pharmacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and good communication skills.
• Able to work well with others and be adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Efficiently organize and operate the shop to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Maintain adequate stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Serve as cashier and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.
